"I would like to give a 5-Star review to Bigya Pandey, Personal Account Representative who is part of the team at the State Farm office of Andrew Elliott in Fairfax. I recently had an appointment with Ms. Pandey to ask questions regarding my auto insurance policy. Ms. Pandey was so patient, kind, and spent so much time going over every detail of the policy with me. I really came away from our meeting truly understanding my coverage line-by-line. In addition to this, Ms. Pandey was instrumental in educating me about so much more. She answered every single question that I presented on a number of insurance-related topics. Most importantly, she even took the time to help me better understand aspects of my universal life insurance policy and gave me suggestions and advice to ensure I understood the coverage that I carry on a very old policy and how to manage that policy by reviewing it annually. I took her advice on that as well and am now better informed/educated about my universal life insurance. I cannot say enough about Andrew Elliott and his team. I have received outstanding and personalized care by all of their team members. The staff treats their clients with the utmost importance and they are so responsive.
