"I recently worked with Bigya Pandey at the State Farm Fairfax Insurance Office to find new auto insurance after facing a shocking premium increase from my previous provider. With no claims in the last six months, the hike was hard to understand, especially in today’s climate of rising costs and increased vehicle thefts. Bigya was incredibly helpful. She patiently guided me through the process, even as I transitioned my driver’s license from DC to Maryland. She explored options and found a competitively priced policy with GAINSCO for my 2018 Nissan Versa. Her proactive communication and genuine concern for my situation made the experience seamless.
